Jonathan Schuler, JD, is a legal researcher and analyst currently focused on government policies pertaining to alcohol, cannabis, and other substances. Mr. Schuler has more than 30 years of experience in the legal field as an attorney, legal editor, researcher, and analyst. He has served as Project Director and Senior Research Attorney on NIAAA’s Alcohol Policy Information System (APIS) project, and has also performed legal research and analysis for SAMHSA’s Report to Congress on Underage Drinking project.
